SAYO-style by her — Exchange Policy (No Returns)
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds or returns. We offer store exchange only under the conditions below.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 7 days of purchase (or delivery date for online orders) for equal or greater value.
To qualify, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused

In original condition with all tags attached

Free of makeup, deodorant marks, perfume/smoke odors, stains, or damage

Returned with the original receipt/order confirmation
Final Sale Items (No Exchanges)
For hygiene and sale reasons, these items are final sale and cannot be exchanged:

Lingerie / bodysuits / underwear

Swimwear

Accessories (jewelry, sunglasses, hats, etc.)

Sale or discounted items

Online Orders

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item or something arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can make it right.
