Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days for most major urban areas.

In-Store Pickup: Need it last minute? Local pickup is available at SAYO in Surrey, BC! Orders are usually ready within 1 hour during business hours. You're also welcome to come directly into the store to shop or pick up your order when we're open.

Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase for another available item in-store, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• All original tags must remain attached.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

For online orders, please get in touch with us within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange before sending anything back. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind exchanges are the customer's responsibility.
